This omnibus edition of the earlier three volumes of Surely to God, Aye, relates in chronological manner the authors’ long search for that special little place until they eventually find it—at Roshine, overlooking Dunfanaghy, Co.Donegal.
Read about family adventures while caravanning the length and breadth of Ulster during the seventies, and moving on, enjoy Sam and June’s anecdotal reflections about retirement in their mountain retreat after a life time in the city. Delight in sharing the “highs” of the authors as they walk, fish and explore the secret places of Ireland and empathise with them as they experience some “lows” along the way. Sam and June’s fluent style carries you along on their journey to Donegal where they find their little piece of heaven.
