Making poetry possible
Original Writing was originally set up as a simple way for Irish poets to get their work professionally published. We’ve branched out since then to many other areas but poetry is still the genre closest to our heart.
Over the years our hardback publishing package has proven to be a particularly popular one for poetry publications and you’ll see many of the poetry titles on our list presented in this handsome format. We’ve been lucky enough to work with many truly talented new poets over the last few years and have published several collections that have gathered considerable critical acclaim such as the work of P.J. Kennedy and Fr. David Jones.
Poetry lovers everywhere are sure to find something to their taste on our extensive and eclective list. If you’re a poet yourself and considering publication then pick up one of our titles and get a feel for just how good your work could look in print.
