It’s a mix, mash of folklore, politics and history with some humorous wit, as well as some predictions as to what the future may hold for us. It’s got some creativeness with fiction thrown in as well as some personal stories which the writer wants to tell. It’s told in poetic verse. And controversial some of it may seem, but without the controversy, it may not be worth the read.
But if you want light reading on a chilly winters night, you can dream of an Irish fireside and recite to your hearts delight.

A Moral Definition, Of The Celtic Tiger
As Easter now approaches
It’s a time for renewal and hope
And in these depression times
We need a spiritual approach
The Celtic tiger was akin
To climbing satan’s ladder
When we reached the summit
We found the top rung ,then was rotten
And with a sudden crash
We were laying at the bottom
Satan’s way ,Is supposedly the easy way
Our forefathers told us so
He entices you up the slippery slope
And then drops you down below
We have an opportunity now
To go back to moral rules
And in the Lords prayer
Our saviour provides the tools
Before we’re tempted, To climb the ladder again
We should remember how we fell
Because Satan’s rotten ladder
Is just the road to hell.
